The Thorpebury Liaison Group, which includes representatives from Charnwood Borough Council, Leicester City Council, Barkby & Barkby Thorpe Parish Council, Thurmaston Parish Council, Hamilton Residents Association, BABTAG and ‘Duck Pond’ residents, met with developer CEG to discuss the progress of the first phase of development at Thorpebury.
